After you complete the registration form, we will send you details of the payment options.
Your registration will be confirmed after we receive your payment. If you don’t pay for your pass in time, your place will be given to another applicant.
Please note that the number of participants is strictly limited. While it is possible that a few passes may still be on sale during the Festival at the relevant price for that day, it may well be that all passes have sold out.
In case you want to cancel your participation, if we are notified at least 30 days before the Festival we will refund 50 percent of the pass price. After this date your only option is to find someone else to buy your pass from you - in this case we will be happy to transfer it into their name, but if you benefited from the advance booking discount when you originally purchased it, the difference between that price and the price at the time the pass is transferred into the new name will need to be paid to us.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss to property during the Vilnius Salsa Festival 2011.
